2020 March, Master class Poomsae and Self-defense Retreat Training in TaekwondoWon

Lifecraft Asia is organizing a very special 6 day Master class Retreat at TaekwondoWon (TW) from Saturday 28th March to Friday 3rd April in 2020. The Retreat will encompass self-reflective or meditative times; a day coach trip to explore the surrounding stunning mountain countryside; 4 days of outstanding global standard training in 2 core components of TKD, Poomsae (Patterns) and Hosinsul or Self Defense; multiple certification opportunities are also available for those who are both eligible and qualified.

Taekwondowon, also known as Taekwondo (TKD) Park, is the largest Korean Martial Art (KMA) training facility in the world. It covers 570 acres in the beautiful mountainous county of Muju.

The Poomsae event features by DOBOKSORI TEAM and Mst Lee Kyung Joong gold standard (Poomsae world champion) who is the President of Doboksori (DS) which is one of the most successful Poomsae medal winning centers in the world.

The HoSinSul aspect will be led by GM Hwang Young Jin, President of both the DaeHan KiDoHwe (oldest KMA body in the world) and the KukMuWon (National Martial Arts Institute), and GM LTC J.S. Lim who is a Military Close Quarter Combat specialist on the Council of Masters for the Korea Tukkong Association (ROK Army SF) and a GM of Hapkido. Eligible participants (please register your interest prior) can request for assessment for HoSinSul Certification and Qualification from both KOMA SEAPAC as well as the International HoSinSul Federation, backed by the KukMuWon (supplementary charges apply).
