'Fit To Survive' workshop that was held in University Tunku Abdul Rahman 'UTARSungai Long'. LifeCraft Asia supported this university students event and has played a role as the main sponsor of this event  to encourage student to be more aware on their personal safety.

Various interesting activities was conducted in this event. Normal exercise were done in the mind of stimulating or improving certain aspects of a person. Some of the activities was used to stimulate the trust and cooperation between partners. Actions cannot be completed if they do not trust the other and without proper communication.

In the second session, the event focused more on self defense techniques that are usable on different kind of situations. Hapkido’s principle of the flowing motion are demonstrated and taught through interaction with the participants. The purpose being to impart knowledge and motor response to the participants to react to attacks or threat.

Overall, the feedback given by the participants were positive. University Tunku Abdul Rahman has shown interest in further cooperation with LifeCraft Asia to have more of this kind of workshop in the near future. Nonetheless, LifeCraft Asia will also give their full support in participating in UTAR’s event too.
