ANNOUNCEMENT- (AKMA 2020) Authentic Korean Martial Arts Seminar in Seoul- Korea 20th March 2020

LifeCraft Asia has been holding annual Authentic Korean Martial Arts seminars directly in Seoul every year since our inception. This year's event is scheduled for 20th March 2020.

However, we are concerned with the developments related to this new coronavirus (Covid-19) in Seoul, South Korea. Our partners, (WORLD KUKMUWON -National Center for Korean Martial Arts, World Culture Exchange Foundation (WCEF), Korea KiDo Association, International Hosinsul Federation, Korea Hapkido Union, Korea Hapkido Federation (KHF), EulJiKwan World Union, Gongkwon Yusul, Tukkong Moosool (ROK, Army Special Forces CQC and Blue House Presidential Secret Service has also advised us to be more cautious on this particular trip. Most of our partners in South Korea are also making adjustment due to this Covid-19 epidemic.

To ensure we make the best decision possible, we are announcing this trip will be delayed till later this year. We regret the inconvenience this will cause to all our attendees (from Malaysia and overseas). Yet, we cannot, in good conscience, proceed with this annual event because there is no clear indication in South Korea that this epidemic is fully contained and can be averted with taking appropriate care.

If we proceed with this trip, we might endanger not only our Hapkido practitioners but also our partners, because they will go out of their way to accommodate us (as they have done on previous events).

Taking all these into consideration, our commitment - both financially and logistically - remains for this event. We are still trying to find a suitable time within the next 3 to 6 months. We can do no better as we have already booked & paid for these services. Fortunately, the South Koreans have been helpful in this regard with the re-schedule.

Finally, for attendees who supported us early and made their payment in full, we will be communicating with each of you directly. Again, we apologize for this 11th hour re-schedule. We thank you for your continued support.
